Concealed screw sandwich-type panel for facades with exterior finish in various ribs and a wide range of colors.
The new PRO Sandwich-type Panel by PRONTOPANEL is composed of an outer steel sheet with pre-painted finish in the chosen color, profiled with a standard ribbed pattern, and other ribbed patterns available upon request. Inside, it contains a polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core with a density of 36-40 kg/m3, providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties to the panel. The bottom is finished with a pre-painted steel sheet, default in white or wood appearance, allowing the panel itself to serve as the interior finishing surface.
The PRONTOPANEL exterior facade insulation panel is designed with two exclusive tongue-and-groove edges that provide excellent waterproofing at the joint between panels while concealing the fastening from the outside to the load-bearing structure. This allows for a uniform exterior finish of the enclosure, free from visible fastening elements, providing excellent quality to the facade.

The concealed screw facade sandwich-type panel is installed easily by fitting the lateral tongue and groove over the opposite tongue and groove of the previous panel. The concealed screw facade panel allows for two installation positions, one with the panel in a vertical position, which provides a simple finish as it only requires edge finishing for the building. Another installation option is with the panel in a horizontal position. This solution provides a different aesthetic, and depending on the lengths of the area to be covered, vertical joints between the ends of the installed panels may be necessary. Regarding the interior finish, it is standardly manufactured with a ribbed white prelacquered finish or, upon request, with the appearance of dark wood paneling that provides a high-quality aesthetic finish to the interior of the building.
TORNILLO
El tornillo especial para panel sándwich fachada es autotaladrante, por lo que no es preciso realizar taladros previos sobre el panel o la estructura portante. Incluye una arandela específica que garantiza la estanqueidad en la zona de fijación una vez ejecutada correctamente.
L INTERIOR
Se instala como remate de esquina al interior de la fachada sándwich de esta forma conseguimos un acabado estético perfecto de la unión entre los dos paneles a la vez que garantiza la estanqueidad de la unión de esquina.
L EXTERIOR
Se instala en la unión de paneles en esquinas a la cara exterior. Consiste en un remate en “L” que oculta los cortes manuales del panel en la unión de esquina dando un acabado estético y solucionando la estanqueidad del sistema.
Remate “U”
Consiste en un remate en forma de “U” para el acabado de los extremos del panel ocultando el núcleo de poliuretano a las inclemencias a la vez que ofrece un acabado estético de la fachada. También se puede utilizar como carril guía fijándolo en el suelo y techo para colocación de los paneles.
OMEGAS METÁLICAS
Cuando la instalación se realiza sobre una superficie ya existente como, una fachada de placas o un paño de mortero o madera, es conveniente utilizar este perfil entre las dos superficies para que la unión al paño inferior sea con las fijaciones adecuadas y la unión del panel a la omega sea con su tornillería exclusiva.
