FIRE-RESISTANT sandwich panel for Facades with exterior and interior finish in ribbed or smooth surface, double-sealed with a tight joint, and a system of symmetrical double-tongue and groove for assembly.
The new FIRE-RESISTANT Sandwich Panel for Facades by PRONTOPANEL is composed of an exterior steel sheet with a pre-coated finish in a color of your choice, profiled with standard ribs, other profiles or smooth surface available upon request. Inside, it contains a non-combustible rock wool core, oriented perpendicular to the walls, which provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties to the panel. The interior is finished with a pre-coated steel sheet, typically in white, allowing the panel to serve as an interior finished surface
The FIRE-RESISTANT insulation panel from PRONTOPANEL is designed with two symmetrical tongue-and-groove edges that provide superior sealing and thermal insulation compared to other panels. Its exterior finish is the same on both sides of the panel, making it ideal for interior or exterior partition walls and false ceilings. It also provides passive protection to buildings and spaces, preventing the spread of fire and smoke.

The design of the FIRE-RESISTANT facade sandwich panel makes it ideal for use in facades, partitions, and false ceilings in commercial, agricultural, or industrial buildings that require fire compartmentation due to their activity, stored materials, or proximity to other buildings In addition to compartmentation, the fire-resistant facade sandwich panel provides great mechanical strength for walls, easy cleaning, high sealing, and low maintenance.
The core structure of the panel, made of non-combustible material fibers, contributes to delaying the spread of fire to the other side of the enclosure through panel collapse, aiding in the evacuation of the building and facilitating firefighting efforts. This behavior is classified based on the minutes during which the panel maintains its: R: Mechanical resistance in case it supports any load. E: Integrity as a barrier separating fire and gases. I: Insulation against the passage of heat produced by the fire to the opposite side For example, a panel certified as REI 30 would maintain all three of the aforementioned properties for at least 30 minutes.
The FIRE-RESISTANT Facade sandwich panel is typically installed to form walls, preferably using U-profile rails that are fixed to the floor or ceiling. The sandwich panels are then introduced and joined together to secure the tongue-and-groove connections. The panel is fastened onto the U-profile.

The PRONTOPANEL FIRE-RESISTANT Facade Sandwich Panel is supplied with an exterior and interior sheet with a standard profile, typically ribbed. However, availability for other profile types can be consulted. The standard color is white, and other colors are available upon request
TORNILLO
El tornillo especial para panel sándwich fachada es autotaladrante, por lo que no es preciso realizar taladros previos sobre el panel o la estructura portante. Incluye una arandela específica que garantiza la estanqueidad en la zona de fijación una vez ejecutada correctamente.
L INTERIOR
Se instala como remate de esquina al interior de la fachada sándwich de esta forma conseguimos un acabado estético perfecto de la unión entre los dos paneles a la vez que garantiza la estanqueidad de la unión de esquina.
L EXTERIOR
Se instala en la unión de paneles en esquinas a la cara exterior. Consiste en un remate en “L” que oculta los cortes manuales del panel en la unión de esquina dando un acabado estético y solucionando la estanqueidad del sistema.
Remate “U”
Consiste en un remate en forma de “U” para el acabado de los extremos del panel ocultando el núcleo de poliuretano a las inclemencias a la vez que ofrece un acabado estético de la fachada. También se puede utilizar como carril guía fijándolo en el suelo y techo para colocación de los paneles.
OMEGAS METÁLICAS
Cuando la instalación se realiza sobre una superficie ya existente como, una fachada de placas o un paño de mortero o madera, es conveniente utilizar este perfil entre las dos superficies para que la unión al paño inferior sea con las fijaciones adecuadas y la unión del panel a la omega sea con su tornillería exclusiva.
