The Facade Sandwich Panel is a product designed for vertical enclosures and partitions. It offers different solutions depending on the use and type of installation it is intended for. In all cases, it has a durable and resistant exterior finish on both sides, with the architectural panel being more aesthetically pleasing. Additionally, it provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation for the enclosure. Always with a quick, simple, and economical assembly. Various options are available in terms of interlocking profiles, thickness, and colors, allowing for a wide range of designs for walls, partitions, and ceilings.

Where to Install Sandwich Panel Facade?
Although all models of Sandwich Panel Facade can be used in any type of enclosure for commercial or industrial buildings, each model is more oriented toward certain uses:
- Visible Screw Facade: This is the most economical solution, primarily used for interior partitions, false ceilings, and modular cabins. In single-story applications, it can be installed with “U” channels on the floor and ceiling, which saves on supporting structures and economizes the enclosure.
- Concealed Screw Facade: Ideal for attachment to load-bearing structures in tall buildings. The asymmetric tongue-and-groove design conceals external fasteners, resulting in a clean surface throughout the enclosure. It is well-suited for tall facades and enclosures. It allows for both vertical and horizontal panel installation.
- Architectural Facade: This panel has the same tongue-and-groove design as the Concealed Screw Facade but features a completely smooth exterior sheet finish. It is most suitable for unique facades where aesthetics are a primary requirement.
What are the Advantages of Installing Sandwich Panel Facade?
Sandwich Panel Facade offers a vertical enclosure solution in a compact package that combines exterior finish, insulation, and interior finish. This allows it to be used as a substitute or complement to traditional cladding, offering multiple advantages such as:
- Simplicity and quick installation. No need for multiple layers of elements, mortars, or adhesives. Watertight joint solution between panels, without the need for subsequent sealing.
- Good behavior against both interior and exterior humidity due to its tongue and groove system, added to a non-absorbent exterior surface. This prevents the growth of molds in indoor spaces.
- Insulation in the plate itself without the need to install additional insulation layers.
- Lightness of the system that allows a considerable weight saving in the sizing of the supporting structures, which allows additional economic savings.
