Visible Screw Facade Sandwich-type Panel with ribbed or smooth exterior and interior finish, sealed with a watertight joint and a symmetrical tongue-and-groove system.
The new Visible Screw Facade Sandwich-type Panel by PRONTOPANEL is composed of an exterior steel sheet with a pre-coated finish in a chosen color and profiled with standard ribs, other profiles, or a smooth finish available upon request. Its interior contains a core of polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam with a density of 36-40 kg/m3, providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties. The interior is finished with a pre-coated steel sheet, typically in white or wood-like appearance, allowing the panel itself to serve as the interior surface finish.
The exterior insulation panel for exterior facades from PRONTOPANEL is designed with two symmetrical tongue-and-groove edges that provide excellent sealing and thermal insulation at the panel joints. As a result, its exterior finish is the same on both sides of the panel, making it ideal for interior or exterior partition walls.
Its main advantages compared to other types of enclosures are:

The design of the visible screw facade sandwich-type panel is ideal for walls and vertical external enclosures in warehouse, industrial, and agricultural buildings with a visible screw solution to the facade.
For small-length solutions and installation on U-rails, it is optimal for use in interior partition walls, false ceilings, walls in modular huts, storage rooms, and warehouses that require high insulation and watertight properties. Due to its easy cleaning, high watertightness, and low maintenance, it is very suitable for use in the food industry, construction site offices, electronic equipment buildings, etc.
The option to choose from various colors and profiles for the external sheet provides a wide range of aesthetic solutions for different applications.
The visible screw facade sandwich-type panel is preferably installed on U-profile rails, which are fixed to the floor or ceiling. The insulating panels are then inserted onto these rails and joined together until the tongue-and-groove connections are snugly fitted. The panels are fastened to the U-profile or, in the case of large lengths, to the intermediate purlins. In the latter case, the screw heads are visible. The PRONTOPANEL concealed screw facade sandwich-type panel comes with a standard exterior profiling, such as ribbed, although availability of other profiling types can be checked. The available stock colors are white, with other colors available upon request.
Regarding the interior finish, it is standardly manufactured with a ribbed white prelacquered finish or, upon request, with the appearance of dark wood paneling that provides a high-quality aesthetic finish to the interior of the building.
TORNILLO
El tornillo especial para panel sándwich fachada es autotaladrante, por lo que no es preciso realizar taladros previos sobre el panel o la estructura portante. Incluye una arandela específica que garantiza la estanqueidad en la zona de fijación una vez ejecutada correctamente.
L INTERIOR
Se instala como remate de esquina al interior de la fachada sándwich de esta forma conseguimos un acabado estético perfecto de la unión entre los dos paneles a la vez que garantiza la estanqueidad de la unión de esquina.
L EXTERIOR
Se instala en la unión de paneles en esquinas a la cara exterior. Consiste en un remate en “L” que oculta los cortes manuales del panel en la unión de esquina dando un acabado estético y solucionando la estanqueidad del sistema.
Remate “U”
Consiste en un remate en forma de “U” para el acabado de los extremos del panel ocultando el núcleo de poliuretano a las inclemencias a la vez que ofrece un acabado estético de la fachada. También se puede utilizar como carril guía fijándolo en el suelo y techo para colocación de los paneles.
OMEGAS METÁLICAS
Cuando la instalación se realiza sobre una superficie ya existente como, una fachada de placas o un paño de mortero o madera, es conveniente utilizar este perfil entre las dos superficies para que la unión al paño inferior sea con las fijaciones adecuadas y la unión del panel a la omega sea con su tornillería exclusiva.
