Self-supporting Sandwich Panel for roofing with a Tile-type exterior finish in Red RAL 8004 color.
The new Red Tile Sandwich Panel from PRONTOPANEL is composed of an exterior steel sheet with a pre-lacquered finish in Clay Red and profiled to simulate the appearance of a traditional tile roof; inside it contains a polyurethane foam core that gives the panel a high capacity for thermal and acoustic insulation; on the lower part, it is finished with a pre-lacquered steel sheet that can be supplied in white or wood appearance, which allows maintaining the panel itself as an interior finish surface.
These properties allow the use of the Red Tile insulated plate as an ideal substitute for the traditional clay tile roof, providing multiple advantages such as:
- Simplicity and speed in installation (there is no need to create multiple functional layers to build the roof).
- Insulation in the plate itself without the need to install intermediate insulation.
- Lightness of the system that allows a considerable weight saving in the sizing of the supporting structures, which allows additional economic savings.
- Better tightness and behavior to humidity, as the panels have double protection with a watertight joint in the union and a lateral and longitudinal overlap flange that guarantees the tightness of the system; and, as the sheets, both exterior and interior, are not moisture-absorbing, the appearance of stains on the interior surface of the ceiling is eliminated.
- Customized solution for all roof finishes such as edges, gutters, ridges, and valleys, etc., which, in traditional roofs, often require on-site finishing that is sometimes poorly executed.
The Red Tile Sandwich Panel or Red Tile-like Insulated Plate from PRONTOPANEL is suitable for roofs of new construction residential, commercial, agricultural, or industrial buildings that require a traditional type aesthetic; it is also widely used in the rehabilitation of old clay tile or fiber cement roofs in houses, sheds, cellars, or agricultural-type warehouses. Given its easy installation, it is also used as a solution in small construction, DIY, or DIY for the construction of sheds, pergolas, porches, parking lots, garages.
The Red Tile Sandwich Panel from PRONTOPANEL is installed simply by mounting the lateral overlap on the previous panel and, in the case of large length skirts, the longitudinal overlap will be mounted on the panel installed downstream. Consult our installation manual available on this page.
For installation on long skirts, there is the possibility of supplying the panel with a longitudinal overlap. In this way, the skirt can be divided into different pieces, always aligning the joint with the support on the purlin.

The Red Tile Sandwich Panel from PRONTOPANEL can be supplied in lengths multiple of 350 mm up to a maximum length of 14,350mm.
We have the same panel in different thicknesses of 30 and 40 mm in the valley, with a wave height of 47 mm. This way, we can adapt to the various insulation needs of the customer.
Exterior finish also available in Aged Albero and Slate colors.
As for the interior finish, it can be manufactured as standard with white pre-painted finish or with a dark woodgrain appearance.
TORNILLO
El tornillo especial para panel sándwich teja rojo es autotaladrante, por lo que no es preciso realizar taladros previos sobre el panel o la estructura portante. Incluye una arandela específica que garantiza la estanqueidad en la zona de fijación una vez ejecutada correctamente.
CUMBRERA DOBLE COPPO
Se instala en el caballete de una cubierta a dos aguas, su diseño en dos mitades permite un ajuste perfecto sea cual sea la inclinación del tejado. El extremo troquelado no deja espacios para que penetre el aguaviento al interior del edificio.
CORONACION TRASERA TROQUELADA COPPO
Consiste en un remate de unión de cumbrera con pared vertical por debajo o piñón, y combina un extremo troquelado con otro vertical. Permite el correcto sellado de la cubierta y presenta un acabado limpio en la coronación de la fachada.
FALDON TRASERO TROQUELADO COPPO
Consiste en un remate de unión de cumbrera con pared vertical por encima o vierteaguas, y combina un extremo troquelado con otro vertical. Permite el correcto sellado de la cubierta y acomete contra pared existente que requerirá, según el tipo de pared, un sellado cuidadoso para evitar entrada de agua y humedades al interior del edificio.
CORONACIÓN LATERAL COPPO
Este remate oculta y protege los acabados laterales del panel sándwich instalado en la cubierta, a la vez que da un acabado limpio a la fachada vertical lateral hacia abajo. Los solapes contra cubierta y fachada garantizan la entrada de aguaviento al interior del edificio.
FALDÓN LATERAL COPPO
Consiste en un remate de unión de lateral de cubierta con pared vertical por encima o vierteaguas, y combina un solape sobre cubierta con otro vertical a pared. Permite el correcto sellado de la cubierta y acomete contra pared existente que requerirá, según el tipo de pared, un sellado cuidadoso para evitar entrada de agua y humedades al interior del edificio.
REMATE LATERAL VUELO COPPO
En casos en que la cubierta no tenga encuentros con paredes, es conveniente ocultar la parte de junta y poliuretano con función protectora y embellecedora. Esta es la función de este remate.
FRONTAL CANALON COPPO
Este remate se dispone en la parte baja del faldón y su función es recoger las aguas de la cubierta para canalizarlas y, al mismo tiempo, dar un acabado limpio al borde del faldón y proteger la espuma de poliuretano de las inclemencias.
TAPA CANALÓN COPPO
Tapadera adaptada a FRONTAL CANALON COPPO, se colocará en los extremos del ancho total de la cubierta.
REMATE FRONTAL COPPO
Cuando no es necesaria la instalación de canalón, es conveniente ocultar la parte del núcleo de poliuretano para evitar su deterioro, además de aportar una estética adecuada de terminación de cubierta. Esta es la función de este remate fabricado a medida para adaptarse óptimamente a la geometría del panel sándwich teja, omega para rastrelado.
OMEGAS METÁLICAS
Cuando la instalación se realiza sobre una superficie ya existente como, una cubierta de placas o un faldón de mortero o madera, es conveniente utilizar este perfil entre las dos superficies para que la unión al paño inferior sea con las fijaciones adecuadas y la unión del panel a la omega sea con su tornillería exclusiva.
