Cold Storage Sandwich Panel with ribbed or smooth exterior and interior finish, double-sealed with a tight joint, and a symmetric double-locking tongue-and-groove interlocking system.
The new Freezer Sandwich Panel by PRONTOPANEL consists of an exterior steel sheet with a pre-coated finish in a choice of colors and standard ribbed profiling, other ribbed profiles, or smooth finish available upon request. Inside, it contains a thick core of polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam with a density of 36-40 kg/m3, providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties to the panel. The interior is finished with a pre-coated steel sheet, which can be supplied by default in white, allowing the panel itself to serve as the interior finishing surface.
The PRONTOPANEL Freezer Insulation Panel is designed with two symmetrical double-lip tongue-and-groove edges that provide significantly superior sealing and thermal insulation compared to other panels. Its exterior finish is the same on both sides of the panel, making it ideal for both interior and exterior partition walls and false ceilings in freezing chambers.
Its main advantages compared to other types of enclosures are:

The design of the freezer sandwich panel makes it ideal for use in the construction of cold storage rooms for frozen products in the food industry, pharmaceuticals, agricultural preservation, and more. It can be constructed within facilities or as part of large logistics centers. It can be used for both partition walls and room ceilings. In addition to insulation, it provides excellent mechanical strength for walls, easy cleaning, high tightness, and low maintenance.
The required panel thickness depends on the temperature range needed for the specific use, typically between -20°C and 0°C, as well as the location of the cold storage room. Different situations may necessitate varying panel thicknesses.
The freezer sandwich panel is typically installed to form walls on U-profile rails that are fixed to the floor or ceiling. The insulation panels are then inserted onto these rails and joined together until the tongue-and-groove joints fit snugly. The panel is fastened onto the U-profile.
If a supporting structure is used, it is positioned outside the chamber, leaving the continuous surfaces of the panel on the interior.
The chamber’s ceiling is installed using the same refrigeration panel, which is secured to the U-profile at the top of the walls or to the supporting structure.

TORNILLO
El tornillo especial para panel sándwich fachada es autotaladrante, por lo que no es preciso realizar taladros previos sobre el panel o la estructura portante. Incluye una arandela específica que garantiza la estanqueidad en la zona de fijación una vez ejecutada correctamente.
L INTERIOR
Se instala como remate de esquina al interior de la fachada sándwich de esta forma conseguimos un acabado estético perfecto de la unión entre los dos paneles a la vez que garantiza la estanqueidad de la unión de esquina.
L EXTERIOR
Se instala en la unión de paneles en esquinas a la cara exterior. Consiste en un remate en “L” que oculta los cortes manuales del panel en la unión de esquina dando un acabado estético y solucionando la estanqueidad del sistema.
Remate “U”
Consiste en un remate en forma de “U” para el acabado de los extremos del panel ocultando el núcleo de poliuretano a las inclemencias a la vez que ofrece un acabado estético de la fachada. También se puede utilizar como carril guía fijándolo en el suelo y techo para colocación de los paneles.
Remate sanitario PVC
Consiste en un remate de dos componentes de PVC para facilitar la limpieza y evitar acumulación de suciedades en los encuentros de todos los paramentos del interior de la cámara. Se fija el perfil soporte con tornillo y se clipa el perfil canal quedando ajustado a los paramentos.
OMEGAS METÁLICAS
Cuando la instalación se realiza sobre una superficie ya existente como, una fachada de placas o un paño de mortero o madera, es conveniente utilizar este perfil entre las dos superficies para que la unión al paño inferior sea con las fijaciones adecuadas y la unión del panel a la omega sea con su tornillería exclusiva.
