The new EasyNOVA Panel from PRONTOPANEL is a flat cellular panel with 6 horizontal walls made of polycarbonate. It has 2 cellular grooves at both ends that allow it to interlock with the groove of a sandwich panel or with itself to create a skylight.
Its cellular configuration provides good thermal and acoustic properties while allowing for the use of natural light inside the building.
On the lateral joint with the sandwich panel, the metal flashing of the panel itself is placed, this finish increases the waterproofing safety of the roof regardless of the installer’s joint adjustment at the same time as hiding the external fastening, providing greater aesthetic quality. Similarly, in the joint with another EasyNOVA panel, there is a polycarbonate flashing, which allows for continuous skylight configurations.
Combining its ridge-to-gutter installation with its fire behavior B S1 d0, it does not transmit the flame, it acts as a firebreak in polyurethane sandwich roof fires.
These properties allow EasyNOVA to be used as a skylight in various types of roofs, providing several advantages over other types of skylights, such as:
- Simplicity and speed in installation (no need for edge trims or baseboards).
- Optimal combination of thermal and acoustic insulation vs. light transmission.
- Elimination of joints along the entire length of the panel, minimizing sealing issues over time.
- Ease of replacing panels once they have reached the end of their life cycle.
The EasyNOVA Panel or translucent cellular panel with a sealer from PRONTOPANEL is ideal for solutions of intercalated skylights in sandwich panel roofs with tapajuntas for commercial, agricultural, or industrial buildings that opt for energy savings by taking advantage of natural light.
It’s also a simple and cost-effective solution for continuous skylights in the roofs of large residential courtyards or commercial areas, swimming pools, and covered gardens.
Another option is to use it as a roofing solution for residential purposes, small-scale construction projects, DIY, for building sheds, pergolas, porches, carports, and garages.
The EasyNOVA Panel, when installed in combination with the TAP Sandwich Panel, is easily installed by mounting the EasyNOVA panel alongside the previous TAP panel, connecting them through the tongue-and-groove joint. Next, you secure it with a steel clip, which is screwed onto the TAP panel and holds onto the EasyNOVA panel by pressure. This system allows for longitudinal movement freedom for the EasyNOVA panel, preventing over-tension due to the significant expansions of the polycarbonate material. Finally, the joint and the fixing screw are concealed by placing the joint cover, which clips onto the ridges of the sandwich panel and the steel clip

TORNILLO
El tornillo especial para panel sándwich es autotaladrante, por lo que no es preciso realizar taladros previos sobre el panel o la estructura portante. Incluye una arandela específica que garantiza la estanqueidad en la zona de fijación una vez ejecutada correctamente.

GRAPA
Grapa de acero galvanizado para encaje de EasyNOVA con panel sándwich. Su función es la de fijar el tornillo en panel sándwich, sujetar el panel de policarbonato y facilitar el, clipaje del tapajuntas metálico.

TAPAJUNTAS
Tapajuntas adicional del mismo modelo que Panel Sándwich que será necesario para intercalar un lucernario. Se considerará 1 tapajuntas metálico adicional por cada panel EasyNOVA que se intercale entre paneles sándwich.

GRAPA LUCPO
Grapa de acero galvanizado para encaje de EasyNOVA consigo mismo. Su función es la de, una vez fijada la grapa a la estructura, sujetar los dos paneles de policarbonato adyacentes.

TAPAJUNTAS PC
Tapajuntas de policarbonato para sellar y afianzar la unión de dos paneles EasyNOVA. Se sujeta meidente clipaje a ranuras en grecas de EasyNOVA.

OMEGAS METÁLICAS
Cuando la instalación se realiza sobre una superficie ya existente como, una cubierta de placas o un faldón de mortero o madera, es conveniente utilizar este perfil entre las dos superficies para que la unión al paño inferior sea con las fijaciones adecuadas y la unión del panel a la omega sea con su tornillería exclusiva.
