Self-supporting Polycarbonate Cellular Panel for Translucent Roofing with Side Lap Wing.
The new PRONTOPANEL fret-Wing POLIPAN 9X Panel or POLYMER 9X is a flat cellular panel with 9 X-shaped walls made of polycarbonate. It has 1 full wave on one side and 1 empty wave (wing) on the opposite side, remaining flat in the central area between waves. This configuration allows it to fit with the wave-wing of a visible screw sandwich panel or with itself to create a skylight.igo mismo para conformar un lucernario.
Its cellular configuration provides good thermal and acoustic properties while allowing for the use of natural light inside the building.
On the lateral joint with a sandwich panel, the empty wave (wing) is placed over the full wave of the adjacent panel, and fastening is done on both, which will be visible. This type of overlap provides greater waterproofing security for the roof and simplifies the installation with fewer auxiliary elements. Similarly, fitting the POLIMER 9X with itself allows for continuous skylight configurations.
By combining its installation from ridge to gutter with its B S1d0 fire behavior
it does not transmit the flame, it acts as a firebreak in the event of a polyurethane sandwich roof fire.
These properties allow the POLIPAN 9X to be used as a skylight in various types of roofs, providing multiple advantages compared to other skylight options, such as:
- Simplicity and speed in installation (no need for edge trims or baseboards).
- Optimal combination of thermal and acoustic insulation vs. light transmission.

The POLIPAN 9X Panel or Translucent Screw-Seal Cellular Plate from PRONTOPANEL is ideal for solutions with skylights inserted in Screw-Seal Panel roofs of commercial, agricultural, or industrial buildings aiming to save energy by utilizing natural light.
It is also a simple and cost-effective solution for continuous skylights in the roofs of residential patios or commercial areas, swimming pools, and covered gardens.
Another option is to use it as a roofing solution for residential purposes, small-scale construction projects, DIY, for building sheds, pergolas, porches, carports, and garages.
The POLIPAN 9X Panel, when installed in combination with a 3G or 5G Sandwich Panel, is easily mounted by aligning the extreme wing of the panel over the groove of the previous panel. Next, fasten both panels together using the screws that pass through them. Optionally, a specific washer or capellotti can be used to enhance the already good sealing of the system. Prior to fastening, pilot holes will be made in the polycarbonate panel. This allows for longitudinal movement of the EasyNOVA panel, preventing excessive stress due to the large expansions of the polycarbonate material.

TORNILLO
El tornillo especial para panel sándwich es autotaladrante, por lo que no es preciso realizar taladros previos sobre el panel o la estructura portante. Incluye una arandela específica que garantiza la estanqueidad en la zona de fijación una vez ejecutada correctamente.

OMEGAS METÁLICAS
Cuando la instalación se realiza sobre una superficie ya existente como, una cubierta de placas o un faldón de mortero o madera, es conveniente utilizar este perfil entre las dos superficies para que la unión al paño inferior sea con las fijaciones adecuadas y la unión del panel a la omega sea con su tornillería exclusiva.
