The new Greca-Ala Panel INVERPOL 9X, POLIMETAL 9X, POLINOR 9X, POLIPAN 9X, POLIMER 9X, DOPPIO 30 or DOPPIO 40 from PRONTOPANEL is a flat cellular panel with 9 X-shaped walls made of Polycarbonate. It has 1 full wave on one side and 1 empty wave (wing) on the opposite side, remaining flat in the central area between waves. This configuration allows it to fit with the wave-wing of a visible screw sandwich panel or with itself to create a skylight.igo mismo para conformar un lucernario.
Its cellular configuration provides good thermal and acoustic properties while allowing for the use of natural light inside the building.
On the lateral joint with a sandwich panel, the empty wave (wing) is placed over the full wave of the adjacent panel, and fastening is done on both, which will be visible. This type of overlap provides greater waterproofing security for the roof and simplifies the installation with fewer auxiliary elements. Similarly, fitting the POLIMER 9X with itself allows for continuous skylight configurations.

The INVERPOL 9X, POLIMETAL 9X, POLINOR 9X, POLIPAN 9X, POLIMER 9X, DOPPIO 30 or DOPPIO 40 Panel installed in combination with a 3G or 5G Sandwich panel is easily installed by mounting the panel next to the previous panel so that it mounts the extreme wing of the panel on the fretwork of the previous panel, then the fixation is carried out that crosses both panels, optionally a specific washer or capellotti can be used to increase the already good tightness of the system. Prior to fastening, pilot holes will be made in the polycarbonate panel. TORNILLO
El tornillo especial para panel sándwich es autotaladrante, por lo que no es preciso realizar taladros previos sobre el panel o la estructura portante. Incluye una arandela específica que garantiza la estanqueidad en la zona de fijación una vez ejecutada correctamente.
CAPELOTI
Arandela en chapa prelacada, disponible en vios colores, con junta inferior de EPDM. Su función es la de mejorar la estanqueidad y repartir la presión de fijación sobre la cabeza de la greca.
OMEGAS METÁLICAS
Cuando la instalación se realiza sobre una superficie ya existente como, una cubierta de placas o un faldón de mortero o madera, es conveniente utilizar este perfil entre las dos superficies para que la unión al paño inferior sea con las fijaciones adecuadas y la unión del panel a la omega sea con su tornillería exclusiva.
